Mental health can be challenging, but understanding yourself doesn’t have to be a mystery. Whether you're navigating emotional or behavioural problems, seeking diagnostic clarification about attentional problems, hyperactivity, impulsivity, executive functioning problems, anxiety, depression, personality features, or seeking official documentation, an assessment can be a powerful tool. It can be a guided and collaborative process to help uncover the root of your problems and create direction for the future.
Sometimes an assessment can help you get accommodations at work or school.
